1. Who we are

Post AI Pro ("we," "us," "our") operates this service. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

Account information: name, email, phone, brokerage, and other profile details you provide.
Content you create: briefs, uploaded photos and videos, and AI-generated text, images, and designs.
Connected account data: when you connect a social media account (e.g. Facebook Page, Instagram), we store the account identifiers and an access token that lets us publish on your behalf, at your direction.
Payment data: subscription and credit purchases are processed by our payment processor, Helcim. We do not store your full card number.
Referral & tax data: if you opt into the referral program, we collect a SIN and legal name solely to issue tax slips (e.g. T4A) as required by Canadian law.
Usage data: basic activity within the app (e.g. what you generate and schedule) to operate and improve the service.

3. How we use it

We use your information to provide the service: generating content on your behalf, publishing to social accounts you've connected, processing payments, calculating and paying referral commissions, operating and improving the product, and meeting our legal and tax obligations.

4. How we share it

We share information only as needed to provide the service:

With our AI providers (Anthropic, Higgsfield) to generate content you request.
With social media platforms (e.g. Meta) to publish content to accounts you've connected and instructed us to post to.
With Helcim to process payments.
With tax authorities where legally required.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention & deletion

You can disconnect a social account at any time from your Connections page. To request deletion of your account and associated data, see our data deletion instructions.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Access tokens for connected social accounts are stored server-side with restricted access and are never exposed to your browser or any other user.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and may withdraw consent for optional features (like the referral program) at any time.

8. Children

Post AI Pro is not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone under 16.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
