You can disconnect any social media account at any time from your Connections page inside Post AI Pro - this immediately removes our stored access to that account.
To request full deletion of your Post AI Pro account and all associated data:
- Email support@july.ca from the email address on your account.
- Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
- We will delete your account data, including any connected social media tokens, within 30 days - except records we're required to retain by law (e.g. financial or tax records related to payments or referral commissions already paid).
