Post AI Pro is an AI-assisted content generation and publishing tool for real estate marketing: turning a brief or listing into platform-ready copy, images, and designs, and scheduling or publishing them to your connected accounts.
You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure.
Paid plans and credit top-ups are billed through our payment processor, Helcim, per the pricing shown at checkout. Credits are consumed only by AI-generated images and video; uploading your own media is always free. Because generation consumes real compute cost the moment it runs, AI generations are non-refundable once produced. You may cancel a subscription at any time from your billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to use Post AI Pro to:
AI-generated text, images, and designs may contain inaccuracies or imperfections. You are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing it. Post AI Pro is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or real estate compliance advice.
When you connect a social media account, you authorize Post AI Pro to publish content to it according to your own scheduling and publishing instructions. You can disconnect a connected account at any time. You remain responsible for complying with that platform's own terms of use.
If you opt into the referral program, commission is calculated and paid according to the rate and terms shown on your Refer & Earn page, requires the referred user to be an active paying subscriber, and is subject to a minimum payout threshold. Tax information (e.g. SIN) is collected solely to meet Canadian tax reporting obligations.
You retain rights to content you upload. Subject to these terms and the underlying AI providers' own terms, content generated for your account is yours to use.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Post AI Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the update.
